How to make a Wedding Reception Table Centerpiece

This is a simple and inexpensive way of making elegant wedding reception table centerpieces. You’ll need tulle, some mirrors, clear glass vases, beads, artifical flowers, crystal rocks, artifical rose petals, food coloring and small floating candles, and a good pair of scissors.
