where i get parafinn and gel wax for making candles in pune?

I want to make some decorative items for my home as hobby like gel glass,icecream with gel, candles.
But can you please tell me where can i get these wax in pune at reasonable rates?

They have a whole aisle for that at Hobby Lobby.
