How Do I Get My Candles To Drip Wax?

Im basically trying to figure out how to get my taper candles to look like this candle on the right of the image.

this might just happen naturally but im not sure kinda new to candles
Can i cut them a specific way so this happens?

Most candles are made not to drip these days. Some will a little if they burn too fast to use up what they are made of. You have to shop around for ones that drip….I think most of the ones I’ve seen drip different colors as they burn.

    this effect is created. You can’t get it from one coloured candle.
