Thats a very good …
Thats a very good idea
I was thinking if I …
I was thinking if I did them unscented people could add their own oils to them when they burn them and get their own scents the way they like them. That would avoid the issue of strength of scent and sensitivies.
Yea that’s where I …
Yea that’s where I got it, I hadn’t seen the name elsewhere. LOL Victory works for me too. But thanks, I will look into that so I don’t look like a total dumbass. That is the conundrum with some books on Egyptian practices……you gotta research them to make sure they got their info correct!
Although, in terms …
Although, in terms of an online shop like etsy, it would be hard for the buyer to know what they are getting ahead of time for scented candles. The freshness and concentration of a scented candle varies, and the buyer would not know until its been received.
Although, i think defiantly offer unscented. Some people also are too sensitive to use scented candles, or they can only use some scented candles, etc.
I perfer to light …
I perfer to light scented candles just for every day and the unscented for any of my spell work. I would love to know more about your name, that would be a great video!
I have a thing for …
I have a thing for fire too! I like both. Then again, although i would love to light more, i rarely light more than two at once, although i have lite several tea lights of the same scent. But i am also picky on what scents i buy.
I was wondering how it was pronounced, thanks for the little lesson on that
it was absolutely …
it was absolutely because i didnt know how to say it! lol thats why i just directed people over to the sidebar haha.
anyways i prefer scented candle. but like cutewitch says if its tealights i use unscented becuase of the price. im propably weird because i will have literally 20 candles and incense going all at once. other people probably hate it lol. keep us posted on that etsy shop!
Hi

That would be awesome if you set up an etsy shop – although I know what you mean about the initial outlay for supplies…
I like both …
Hi
I like both scented and unscented…. but yes, I do tend to light a lot at once, so if I’m doing that, I try to no light too many scented candles at once. But, saying that, over dinner, I do like to have a scented candle burning on the table…
I like the idea of not using paraffin
Thanks for the tip on how to pronounce your name, I really like it!
Ah! I remembered …
Ah! I remembered one place that I did see nekhtet as meaning “strong woman,” in Circle of Isis! That’s been the only place that I can remember seeing that and it does conflict with other sources. . .what a conundrum!
That’s weird! I’ve …
That’s weird! I’ve always come across “Nekhtet” as meaning something along the lines of victory. I’ve always seen “sekhmet” as meaning something along the lines of strong/powerful woman, which of course is also the name of a Goddess
I like unscented if I’m doing something that includes burning incense. I don’t like all of the different scents combining, because sometimes it just smells nasty lol!
I actually prefer …
I actually prefer unscented, one reason is that my allergies are horrible, the “fake” scents bother me, and they give me headaches, another reason is that during ritual I’d rather smell my incense or oil rather than my candle lol. But I like scented candles when I just want to smell something good, so I like both I guess but the cheap/fake ones bother me
Hi, Ange!
I like …
Hi, Ange!
I like scented, unless it’s tea lights in which case I go for unscented because they’re cheaper and you can get them kind of in bulk.
Yeah, I love soy! Both for the environmental stance and because it’s awesome for your skin. Oh, and because scented soy smells FANTASTIC. I like scent. A lot.
